Site updating service

You already have a well-designed Web site to advance your business. But when was the last time it was updated? Do you have a page with a schedule of events or a price list from 2001? Or an “Under Construction” notice that’s been there for a year?

When users come upon obviously old, outdated pages, they generally head for the exit and never return. It’s not that difficult to keep a Web page current, but it does take attention.

Let us provide that attention and keep your Web site up to date. You can rest assured that visitors to your site are seeing your business at its freshest.

Here’s what our packages look like:

We’ll send you an email notifying you of our intention to update each page of your site in one week’s time. This is your alert to send us any new information you would like included in the update. The alert will include a simple form you can fill out and return by email.

If you have no new material, the pages will be checked for broken links (especially external links, which can change without your knowledge), and updated with the current date.

New material you provide can include any text changes or additions to any page, and any new images you provide (image manipulation - toning, resizing, etc. - not included in the price of ths service). New material must be digital.

Changes to your site will occur on the date specified in the alert, or within two business days of the date new material is received. Emergency updates can happen at any time, will be performed within two business days, and will be counted as the update for that period.

1 to 20 pages:

• Monthly update service (one-year contract): $30/month ($360 annually).
• Quarterly update service: $200 annually
• Annual update service: $120

21 to 40 pages:

• Monthly: $600 annually
• Quarterly: $350 annually
• Annual: $220
